The Sporting Page Pub in Chelsea
Mention the Sporting Page and the eyes of many Londoners grow misty with fond recognition. It’s a Chelsea landmark, run lovingly by Hugh and his team, and much frequented by members of the Chelsea Arts Club and those returning from sporting fixtures who come to celebrate or drown their sorrows.
Recently refurbished, yet retaining much of the character synonymous with the pub, The Sporting Page has quickly become the place to meet, eat and drink.
The Sporting Page has one of the best outside pavement terraces in London, heated in winter and cool in summer, when it is literally packed with loyal customers enjoying a pint of beer or premium lager, a glass of wine or a bottle of champagne.
Just off the Fulham Road, The Sporting Page is a great place for lunch & dinner and a great place to meet friends. True to its name, it also shows all the big sporting events; it’s certainly a great place to watch Chelsea games.
